Will joined Trotter and Associates, Inc. (TAI) as a full-time Staff Engineer after earning his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois, with a focus on Energy-Water Environmental Sustainability and Construction Management.

His internship experience on the BART rail system expansion project in California provided valuable exposure to large-scale infrastructure work, including utility installation, drainage modeling, and field documentation. These experiences have helped shape a strong foundation as he begins his professional career.

Based out of our St. Charles office, he will contribute to project teams across a range of engineering disciplines, applying his technical knowledge, practical experience, and collaborative approach to deliver effective solutions.
