Our engineers, technical staff, and interns recently gathered at the Oak Brook office for a deep dive into valves. From design considerations to real-world applications, the team had the opportunity to deepen their understanding and share insights across experience levels. Investing in training like this helps ensure we continue delivering practical, high-quality solutions for the communities we serve. Always great to see collaboration and curiosity driving our work forward! Thank you to LAI-Ltd. for helping coordinate this great session!

Last week, Project Engineer Cade Sundstedt met with Trotter interns at a City of Woodstock roadway improvement project, sharing a field perspective on how municipal infrastructure projects advance from planning to final construction. Sixteen interns, learning the value of Boots on the Ground this summer!

The TAI Team spent Saturday morning with their kids at St. Charles Public Works Open House—learning, exploring, and yes, climbing into some serious equipment. Behind every strong community is a great public works team – TAI appreciates all the partnerships and thanks the City of St. Charles for allowing us to get our “Small Boots On the Ground!”

The excitement is rolling into APWA Chicago Metro Chapter’s Annual Expo & Roadeo this week at the Lake County Fairgrounds and Event Center!
