Congratulations to the Village of Fox Lake on the successful completion of its Lead Service Line Replacement Program—an achievement that will benefit the community well into the future. The project was completed at no cost to the Village, as the entirety of the Public Water Supply Loan provided 100% principal forgiveness from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.

Trotter and Associates served as the Village's engineering partner, leading the planning, design, administration of the IEPA loan program, and implementation of this major infrastructure initiative. As Bob Benson, PE, North Regional Manager, noted, "Projects like this leave a lasting impact long after construction is complete.
