It is the Season of Giving, and TAI is proud to begin the season by supporting the 18th Annual Feed My Starving Children MobilePack Event at The Suter Company in Sycamore, Illinois. Over several days, local organizations came together to pack over 1.3 million meals, providing nourishment for 3,562 children for a whole year. The TAI Team consisted of Steve Cieslica, Nico Beltran, Jessy Stouffer, Reed Stracener, Grant Hattendorf, Leah Fields, Allison Nguyen, Jillian Kiss, Dave Bronars, Irena Hix, and Mark Dupree. TAI staff members have volunteered for and supported Feed My Starving Children for many years, and our team is excited to participate in next year’s MobilePack Event, scheduled for November 12-15, 2026. This event is one of the longest-running MobilePack initiatives in the United States, and we encourage everyone in our network to mark their calendars and join us in making a meaningful difference. A big thank you to our TAI team for dedicating their time to support this important cause!

Trotter and Associates, Inc. (TAI) is working with Batavia High School to support the L.I.N.K. Program, designed to give students an inside look into the engineering field. TAI is committed to nurturing the next generation of professionals by offering them valuable real-world experience. The L.I.N.K. Program at Batavia High School allows students to step outside the classroom and shadow industry experts, gaining hands-on experience that will benefit their future careers. Currently, 19 motivated students from Batavia High School are participating in internships across various fields, including Child Care, Real Estate, Health, Construction, and Engineering. Among them is senior Henrietta Schultz, who has chosen to intern with TAI. Throughout the spring semester, Henrietta will spend approximately 40 hours at TAI’s St. Charles office, visiting projects, gaining real-world experience, and working on assigned project tasks. We are proud to support students participating in this program.
