Trotter and Associates, Inc welcomes Olivia Clegg to our 2022 Summer Internship Program. Olivia is entering her senior year this fall in Civil Engineering at Purdue University, specializing in Structures/Structural Design. After completing some of her coursework, she found that she has a primary interest in building design.

This summer, Olivia is excited to gain experience in multiple areas related to Structural Engineering. She is looking forward to working in the field to expand her knowledge of construction documents as well as practical design for both steel and concrete. Olivia is also eager to see and learn about the integration between structural design in relation to architectural components, constructability, and project management processes. She sees this as a perfect precursor to her senior year classes when she will take most of her design and project management courses.
