Trotter and Associates, Inc. (TAI) is delighted to introduce Helena Puckett as the newest member of our Civil Engineering team! Helena will be based at our Fox Lake Office and brings with her nearly 25 years of expertise in civil engineering, with a primary focus on transportation projects, including extensive field inspection work related to roadway and bridge improvements. 

Helena graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in mechanical engineering. Still, throughout her career, she has been involved in various aspects of public sector transportation projects as a civil engineer. She has over a decade of experience in highway project planning and highway improvement projects. Her oversight includes collaborating with municipal agencies and maintaining clear communication channels for her clients. 

With her background and expertise in design, she develops precise project specifications and compiles comprehensive bid-letting documentation packages. TAI will utilize those refined professional skills, along with her experience in structural projects and guardrail maintenance. 

Helena will be assisting with TAI project coordination, outreach to businesses and residents during construction, and collaborating with contractors, public agencies, and colleagues to advance projects to meet TAI and client expectations.  Trotter and Associates is looking forward to introducing Helena to our valued clients.
