With a wealth of experience in design, project development, and construction management spanning decades, Gary brings profound expertise to our company.

His extensive background includes successfully managing diverse projects, such as water utility construction, well rehabilitation, spill containment structures, holding tanks, and water utility GIS integration. Gary's proficiency extends to transit assessment reports, electronic construction document transitions, project management, and implementation throughout the United States.
