Trotter and Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that our fourth office is open in Oak Brook, IL. With our headquarters in St. Charles, IL, and established offices in Fox Lake, IL, and Lake Geneva, WI, Oak Brook expands our regional presence. This location brings us closer to clients and gives our growing team more space to collaborate, contribute, and engineer projects for the communities we serve. Welcome back to Morgan McDonough, E.I.T., who recently joined the Water/Wastewater team as a Staff Engineer following her 2025 internship with the firm. During that internship, Morgan contributed across all project phases, gaining firsthand experience on project sites and connecting engineering work with the field conditions and decisions that shape it. The internship strengthened her skill set, and she returned with an understanding of the team’s work, allowing her to contribute from the start. Morgan brings environmental research and laboratory experience, communication skills developed through student leadership, and a dedicated work ethic to the team’s work on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. She arrived on day one ready for the work ahead! 

Judson Levi earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and brings experience in wastewater treatment construction and mechanical design. He has seen how projects move from design to the jobsite and what it takes to make them work in the field. Judson joined us as an intern last summer and returned this year as a full-time Staff Engineer, E.I.T., in our St. Charles office. It’s good to have you back, Judson. We’re proud you chose to build your career at Trotter.

An individual award is also a proud moment for the people who work alongside its recipient. For the Trotter team, that moment belongs to Elizabeth Heise, P.E., recipient of the Water Environment Federation’s 2026 Outstanding Young Water Environment Professional Award. This honor recognizes Liz’s contributions to the water profession and the work her colleagues value every day. We are proud to have Liz on the Trotter team and to celebrate her place among the professionals moving our industry forward. Congratulations, Liz!
