Welcome back to Morgan McDonough, E.I.T., who recently joined the Water/Wastewater team as a Staff Engineer following her 2025 internship with the firm.

During that internship, Morgan contributed across all project phases, gaining firsthand experience on project sites and connecting engineering work with the field conditions and decisions that shape it.

The internship strengthened her skill set, and she returned with an understanding of the team’s work, allowing her to contribute from the start.
 
Morgan brings environmental research and laboratory experience, communication skills developed through student leadership, and a dedicated work ethic to the team’s work on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. 
She arrived on day one ready for the work ahead!
