The unveiling of the new Santa Cottage during St. Charles’ Holiday Homecoming was a highlight of the season. Trotter and Associates, Inc. is grateful to support this project and continue a tradition that brings joy to families throughout our community. On December 3rd, TAI staff and their families enjoyed a special evening inside the new cottage with Santa. The space felt especially warm—Santa made sure to point out his fireplace—setting the tone for a night of hot chocolate, photos, and shared moments.  We’re proud to have called St. Charles home since 1999 and to contribute to experiences that strengthen our community.

It is the Season of Giving, and TAI is proud to begin the season by supporting the 18th Annual Feed My Starving Children MobilePack Event at The Suter Company in Sycamore, Illinois. Over several days, local organizations came together to pack over 1.3 million meals, providing nourishment for 3,562 children for a whole year. The TAI Team consisted of Steve Cieslica, Nico Beltran, Jessy Stouffer, Reed Stracener, Grant Hattendorf, Leah Fields, Allison Nguyen, Jillian Kiss, Dave Bronars, Irena Hix, and Mark Dupree. TAI staff members have volunteered for and supported Feed My Starving Children for many years, and our team is excited to participate in next year’s MobilePack Event, scheduled for November 12-15, 2026. This event is one of the longest-running MobilePack initiatives in the United States, and we encourage everyone in our network to mark their calendars and join us in making a meaningful difference. A big thank you to our TAI team for dedicating their time to support this important cause!

We’re pleased to welcome Jerrett Crosby to Trotter and Associates, Inc. as an Engineering Technician. Jerrett brings proven experience producing detailed, code-compliant CAD drawings for complex utility and architectural projects. His technical expertise, collaborative mindset, and commitment to engineering standards will further strengthen TAI’s ability to deliver high-quality, trusted engineering solutions to our clients.  We are excited to have Jerrett on board as we continue expanding our team’s capacity and expertise.

Soukaina joins our Lake Geneva, WI office as a Staff Engineer after earning her Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Her graduate research focused on experimental studies of sediment transport, where she applied advanced tools like PIV and ADV to deepen understanding of complex hydraulic processes. Soukaina’s analytical approach and commitment to technical excellence align with TAI’s focus on innovative, sustainable solutions for the communities we serve. We look forward to introducing her to our clients and partners.
