Trotter and Associates, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of William Whitinger to our Civil Engineering Team. William holds a BA in Business from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and will be based at our Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, office.

Before joining us, William served as an OTM Manager at CTW Corporation, where he skillfully managed water system contracts and inspections, liaising effectively with clients and village/government officials. He conducted proactive preventative maintenance and carried out monthly water system inspections. Additionally, William served as a Well Pump Lead Installer at CTW, overseeing post‐installation inspections, assessing the condition of existing fixtures, and implementing electrical safety procedures. He adeptly tested and troubleshooted systems to preempt potential issues or address current problems.
