INVITATION TO BID
The Village of Oak Brook will accept electronic bids for: Route 83 and I-88 Water Main Replacement Project. Sealed bids are to be submitted via the Village's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oak-brook until 11:00 am, Friday, June 5, 2026, prevailing time. A bid tabulation will be made publicly available after the submission due date.
No bid shall be withdrawn after opening of bids without the consent of the Village of Oak Brook for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of opening bids.
Work Description
Work under this Contract will generally include, but is not limited:
• Horizontal directional drilled water main (12”)
• Tapping valves, vaults, frames, lids and appurtenances
• Testing and chlorination of new water main
• Abandon existing water main
• Storm sewer & structure replacement
• Turf, bike path, pavement, curb & gutter, etc. replacement
• Other work as described within the plans and specifications
