Trotter and Associates, Inc. would like to announce that the Village of Fox Lake – Illinois Route 12 Private Site Improvements project bid came in under budget with a total bid of $73,3000 and was awarded to Maneval Construction.

The Village of Fox Lake IL Route 12 Private Site Improvements Project includes all labor, services, equipment and materials necessary for HMA and Sidewalk improvements for the Parking Lot and Site Improvements at 62 N. US Highway 12, 56 N. US Highway 12, and full depth removal and repair of approximately 66 LF of West Oak Street.
