Steve Cieslica, P.E., Alex L. Dye, E.I.T., CFM, and Heidi Patla of Trotter and Associates, Inc. will be recruiting at the UW–Madison College of Engineering Career Fair on September 13, from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. TAI is seeking individuals in construction, environmental, and structural engineering who can make an immediate impact on the team and will have the opportunity to become leaders as we expand. We strive to hire 3-4 new graduates from top Universities. In addition, newly hired staff engineers are mentored by one of the firm’s project managers and given an opportunity to make an impact.

Additionally, we typically hire 6-7 interns annually and utilize the internship program as a recruiting tool to identify future leaders within the company. TAI’s interns work directly with our experienced professionals and are provided with practical experience to help advance their careers. Interns typically assist in engineering studies, support ongoing designs, receive training for topographic surveys, and perform construction observation. TAI hopes these young professionals will better understand the field in which they aspire to work through our outstanding internship program.
