Trotter and Associates, Inc. (TAI) is growing our team! We are a full-service civil engineering firm structured to meet the growing needs of our municipal clients with offices in St. Charles, IL, Fox Lake, IL, and Lake Geneva, WI. TAI’s staff has the experience to resolve the complex issues brought on by increased development, a changing regulatory environment, and an aging infrastructure. We also are heavily involved in professional organizations and are very supportive of our engineers’ professional goals and development. TAI currently serves Northeastern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Our staff lives within the communities which we serve.

Scott Trotter and Jillian Kiss of Trotter and Associates, Inc. will be recruiting at the CEE job fair on February 16. TAI is seeking individuals in construction, environmental and structural engineering who can make an immediate impact on the team and will have the opportunity to become leaders as we expand. We strive to hire 3-4 new grads from top Universities. In addition, TAI’s staff engineers are mentored by one of the firm’s project managers and given an opportunity to make an impact.

Additionally, we typically hire 3-5 interns and utilize the internship program as a recruiting tool to identify future leaders within the company. TAI’s interns work directly with our experienced professionals and are provided the practical experience to help advance their careers. Interns typically assist in engineering studies, provide support with ongoing designs, receive training for topographic surveys and perform construction observation. TAI hopes these young professionals will gain a greater understanding of the field in which they aspire to work in through our outstanding internship program.
