Trotter and Associates, Inc’s Steve Cieslica will be attending the APWA WI 2021 Fall Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on November 3 – 5. The Fall Conference starts on Wednesday morning with Wisconsin Salt Wise and the Village of Brown Deer Public Works Department offering an open house tour and demo at the Village's public works facilities. On Wednesday afternoon, there will be two technical tours. The first tecnical tour will be to Badger Meter the second one to TAPCO (Traffic and Parking Control, Inc.) Brown Deer facility.

Thursday’s agenda includes a mix of great general and technical breakout sessions, a Chapter membership/ business meeting, committee meetings and the annual scholarship awards banquet. The conference concludes on Friday with morning conference sessions and a networking lunch.
