With over two decades of experience in construction management, Steve brings a wealth of expertise to our team. His previous roles have encompassed a range of responsibilities, including providing on-site resident engineer services for projects involving wastewater treatment plants and water main replacement. In these capacities, he collaborated closely with contractors' superintendents and subcontractors to ensure that all work adhered to the specified plans and regulations.

Steve's contributions extended to reviewing contractor submittals to confirm their alignment with project plans, specifications, and installation requirements. He efficiently managed various job-related tasks, such as Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), pay applications, change orders, and progress reports.

One of Steve's notable skills is his knack for facilitating effective problem-solving among project stakeholders, including clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. His experience and dedication make him a valuable addition to the Trotter and Associates Construction Services Team, and we look forward to his contributions to help ensure the success of our upcoming projects.
