Trotter and Associates, Inc. (TAI) is excited to announce that Nicholas Beltran (Nico), a graduate from the University of Dayton with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, has joined the firm as a Staff Engineer. Nico is working out of the St. Charles office.

As an undergrad, Nico explored a range of engineering disciplines and ultimately developed a strong passion for water and wastewater infrastructure—an area that aligns closely with TAI’s core expertise.  He brings valuable experience from his internships, where he was involved in subcontractor coordination, supported the bidding process for multi-million-dollar projects, contributed to quality control audits, and performed safety audits.

Nico approaches his work with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to learning. His background and motivation make him a great fit for our team and our mission to deliver high-quality engineering solutions for the communities we serve.
