We’re excited to welcome Karolina Schubert to Trotter and Associates, Inc. (TAI) as a Staff Engineer.

Karolina is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she earned a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering with a specialization in Natural Resources and Civil/Environmental Engineering. She brings hands-on project experience, including her work on the City of Madison’s Stormwater Management Retrofit Project, where she used HydroCAD modeling to support sustainable stormwater design and nutrient reduction efforts.

Karolina’s passion for water quality and sustainable design aligns with our mission to deliver innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. We’re proud to have her on board and look forward to the contributions she’ll make as part of our growing team.
