Jillian Kiss, P.E. and Liz M. Heise, P.E. will be attending the U of I CEE Career Fair on Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Trotter and Associates, Inc. has developed a highly qualified team of professionals and is seeking full time employees as well as summer interns for 2022.

TAI typically hires 3-5 interns and utilize the internship program as a recruiting tool to identify future leaders within the company. TAI’s interns work directly with our young professionals and are provided practical experience to help advance their careers. Interns typically assist in engineering studies, provide support with ongoing designs, receive training with respect to topographic surveys and perform construction observation.
 
Trotter and Associates, Inc. currently serves Northeastern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Our staff live within the communities which we serve. We are seeking highly motivated individuals from top Universities with a strong work ethic.

Candidates that are native to Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin are given preference. Each candidate is evaluated based on previous experience, community service, academic accomplishments, work ethic, communication skills, and the ability to contribute to the future of Trotter and Associates, Inc.

TAI assigns each of our interns to one of our experienced staff members for the duration of the summer, allowing each student to gain practical experience while applying the knowledge that they have gathered from their respective schools. TAI hopes that these young professionals will gain a greater understanding of the field in which they aspire to work in through our outstanding internship program.
