Feb 14, 2024

The City of Harvard was awarded the Fox Valley Branch APWA Public Works Project of the Year, Environment - $5 million to $25 million. Scott Trotter and staff from Trotter and Associates were honored to celebrate with City of Harvard representatives, Mayor Michael Kelly, Jim Grant, and Charlie Keller at the APWA Fox Valley Branch Award Luncheon on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.

At the event, Jerry Ruth, Project Manager at Trotter and Associates, delivered an informative presentation on the thorough planning, innovative design, and construction of the Wastewater Treatment Facility.
