Trotter and Associates, Inc. and Trine Construction are wrapping up the Stage 3 Improvements in Algonquin, Illinois. The project is a component of the Village’s downtown renovation and streetscape program. The scope of the project provides a long-term solution to several critical infrastructure issues. During this Phase we replaced the existing sanitary sewers with a deep 30” interceptor, which removes an intermediate lift station in the downtown commercial district and increases conveyance capacity to serve future development in the northern Service area. The project also included roadway reconstruction, replacement of water main, local sanitary sewers and a portion of the Village’s 16” Water Transmission Main on Illinois Route 62.
