The Water Environment Federation hosted the Emerging Young Professional Leaders Workshop (EYPL) and YP Summit in Orlando, Florida on February 20-21. TAI’s Liz Heise, PE, served as the chair for the EYPL planning committee. Liz and the committee developed and led this workshop on personal growth and professional development for 65+ WEF Young Professionals from across the county (including a few from Canada and Denmark!).

The workshop focused on finding your why, developing habits for success, and creating a “resiliency toolbox”. TAI is proud to support the growth of our young professionals through their involvement and leadership in events such as this one.
