Terry Heitkamp brings years of experience to Trotter and Associates.  As a 2001 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Platteville, Terry has been responsible for the plan review of private, residential and commercial developments; in addition to infrastructure planning, design and construction administration.  Terry’s dedication to civil engineering is a great addition to our growing TAI Team.
