TAI welcomes back Jake Nienaber. This is his 2nd year interning at TAI. Jake is a Senior at the University of South Carolina and is majoring in Civil Engineering and serves as a Supplemental Instructor for the University and helps support Physics and Calculus students. Jake also serves as a peer mentor for the college of engineering, where he works with incoming freshman transitioning to university life.

During this internship, Jake is most looking forward to gaining professional experience in the office and in the field, especially being able to visit job sites to see how calculations are put into action and gain a better view of engineering in the real world. During his free time Jake enjoys playing basketball and golf. Welcome back Jake!
