Scott Trotter and Jillian Kiss of Trotter and Associates, Inc. are at the CEE job fair today, September 22, 2022. The Job Fair runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is held in the Illini Union Ballroom.

Scott and Jillian are here to talk with individuals who can make an immediate impact on our team and are looking to become leaders as we expand. We strive to hire 3-4 new grads from top Universities. In addition, TAI’s staff engineers are mentored by one of the firm’s project managers and given an opportunity to make an impact.

Additionally, we are also looking to hire 3-5 interns. We use our internship program as a recruiting tool to identify future leaders within the company. TAI’s interns work directly with our experienced professionals and are provided a practical experience to help advance their careers. Interns typically assist in engineering studies, provide support with ongoing designs, receive training with respect to topographic surveys, and perform construction observation.
