The 2026 Internship Class Is Here!

This summer, 16 interns are gaining experience where engineering starts—on the ground. Alongside experienced mentors and project teams, they're contributing to municipal infrastructure projects while developing technical, field, and professional skills that extend well beyond the classroom. Five returning interns are building on last summer's experience and sharing their perspective with new members of this year's class. Recruiting for Trotter’s 2027 Internship Class begins this fall! Our engineers, technical staff, and interns recently gathered at the Oak Brook office for a deep dive into valves. From design considerations to real-world applications, the team had the opportunity to deepen their understanding and share insights across experience levels. Investing in training like this helps ensure we continue delivering practical, high-quality solutions for the communities we serve.
