Trotter and Associates, Inc. is the plan development reviewer and storm water administrator for the Village of Campton Hills. TAI supports Campton Hills’ Building and Zoning Officer through site plan review for development within the community.

Reviews include: Concept and Preliminary reviews for properties, ensuring that the plat meets ordinances and identifies potential issues, and Final plat reviews which include the review of final engineering drawings as well as storm water management of the site to include detention/retention and erosion control requirements.

TAI is a Certified Review Specialist within Kane County.
