The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the FRWRD Offices immediately afterwards. Sealed bids shall be addressed to the Fox River Water Reclamation District (FRWRD) 1957 North LaFox Street, South Elgin, IL 60177 and shall be labeled “Bid for Pump Station 38 Improvements.”
