TAI is excited to welcome Jose Chavez as our newest team member.  Jose graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2017.  While at Northern, Jose was a member of Tau Phi Sigma Multicultural Fraternity and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. While in these organizations, he was able to serve the local Dekalb community by volunteering at a local homeless shelter, was part of community clean up events, and attended networking and professional development conferences and workshops.

Following his graduation, he was able to gain some valuable engineering experience in the equipment manufacturing industry.  Jose did successfully pass the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, obtaining his EIT license, and is now working towards becoming a licensed Professional Engineer. Jose is excited to be a part of the TAI team and will be working out of the St. Charles office.
