Trotter and Associates, Inc. has been involved with the City of St. Charles, Illinois for over 20 years.  A project we are excited to share is the Biological Phosphorus Removal Improvements at the WWTF.  Headed by Jerry Ruth, P.E. and our onsite engineer Elizabeth Bohne, the project has been under construction for the past year.  Check out the Summer 2018 issue of the CSWEA Magazine for all the details.
