City of North Chicago Wins 2026 APWA Chicago Metro Chapter Project of the Year Award
The City of North Chicago City-wide Emergency Water Main Repairs Project received the 2026 APWA Chicago Metro Chapter Project of the Year Award in the Disaster or Emergency Repair category.
After a critical transmission main ruptured in September 2025, city crews and partners coordinated rapid repairs across the system while maintaining continuous water service.
Trotter and Associates, Inc. was part of the broader project team supporting the City of North Chicago Public Works, alongside Campanella and Sons Inc., and Thompson Pipe Group, whose combined efforts made the response possible.
