What are we doing:

Trotter and Associates typically hires 3-5 interns and utilizes the internship program as a recruiting tool to identify future leaders within the company. TAI’s interns work directly with our young professionals and are provided practical experience to help advance their career. Interns typically assist in engineering studies, provide support with ongoing designs, receive training with respect to topographic surveys and perform construction observation.

Trotter and Associates currently serves Northeastern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Our staff lives within the communities which we serve. We are seeking highly motivated individuals from top Universities with a strong work ethic.

Candidates that are native to Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin are given preference. Each candidate is evaluated based on previous experience, community service, academic accomplishments, work ethic, communication skills, and the ability to contribute to the future of TAI.
