Trotter and Associates, Inc. has been extremely successful at transitioning to a remote work environment.  Our teams are meeting virtually on a daily basis and working collaboratively to meet our clients’ schedules.  Most of our clients have integrated similar software platforms that allows them to attend progress meetings as well.    Based on the CDC’s requests, we will continue to work remotely throughout the month of April.  Fortunately, the infrastructure investment made over the past several years has been a smashing success.  Yet, we have identified a few upgrades that will make us yet more efficient and allow for better collaboration during this difficult period.  Our goal has been for the transition to be seamless and to provide our clients with the level of service that has been our hallmark.  We seem to be meeting that goal.  The offices are still manned during normal business hours by a skeleton crew including myself.  Our field staff are fully functional and providing construction oversight as well as survey to make sure projects are completed on time. In short, I am pleased to report that planning, design and construction phase services are all operating at 100%.
