Trotter and Associates, Inc. has positioned our team to provide continuous support to our municipal clients during these challenging times. Over the past several years, TAI has made a significant investment into developing integrated phone systems, redundant servers and remote access capabilities to allow the firm to fully function in the case of an emergency. In accordance with the CDC recommendation, we enacted our contingency plan on Monday, March 16th. In one day, we successfully transitioned to provide remote access to each employee including design, survey and construction team members. This morning we successfully tested all systems and are pleased to report that we are 100% operational. Our offices will be manned with a skeleton staff and the remaining team members will be working remotely through April 1st. In summary, TAI has adapted to the new work environment and is moving full steam ahead on projects.
